Project Management and Project controlling for Residential blocks of 15 single buildings. Renovation and modernization, construction works are ongoing and will be finished in schedule and within budget.
Refurbishment of 1385 Flats in buildings with prefabricated concrete slabs in Halle-Neustadt. Buildings and flats are partly used. Modernisation of kitchen and bathrooms, heating, new doors and windows, roof, outside insulation and new facade.
