Health-Care-Center Giesing, Munich Here will be established the greatest independent Health-Care-Center in Munich, a development of Investa. Ground floor is for retail, in the different floors above treatment center and – rooms for all kind of medical-practice. Interior works are actually carried out, first handover from December 2008.
Railway station Giesing Bahnhof, area with some commercial buildings, old people`s home and a supermarket chain.
The second area is an officeblock and medical centre.
