In the first new construction step (in the southeastern part of the settlement), 12 residential units and a 6-group day care center were implemented.

In the second construction phase, 76 residential units and 1 neighborhood meeting place will be built. As part of the last sections 3+4, 174 and 74 residential units are planned respectively.

The buildings will be erected according to the currently applicable EnEV, probably in modular construction with GU award.
